1. GOcabulary® Plus is designed to be played exclusively offline on devices such as smart phones and tablets.

2. The owner of the game has not created any official, online, game portal or forum, or sanctioned any unofficial

game portal or forum.

3. No minor child or adult is required to log into any online GOcabulary® Plus site to provide personal information.

4. There will be no online storage of any personal information or identifiers, unless a minor child or adult makes a

conscious effort to contact the GOcabulary® team and/or SouthForce directly, via email, telephone, in person, or

via a contact form on the SouthForce website. In such cases, only the information you choose to provide, such as

your name, email address or phone number will be obtained and, therefore, stored to facilitate communication.

5. GOcabulary® lessons and grade-level modules may be purchased only from third-party app stores, which have

their own purchasing, privacy and security protocols. Please consult their privacy policies before purchasing

GOcabulary® from them.

No Warranties or Guarantees

1. We do not warrant or guarantee that anyone who plays the game will pass any tests or exams directly as a result of

purchasing or playing GOcabulary®. Nor do we guarantee that there will not be debates about whether our word

triplets and definitions align with what players or others believe to be correct. interpretations will differ, but

intellectual standoffs might help players develop more critical thinking and debating skills.

2. We hope and expect, however, that each player will increase her or his vocabulary and English language skills with

repeated practice as well as through self-directed and guided study programs provided by parents, guardians,

educators and other able teachers.
